It is very important to me that my products are made to a high standard and that you are happy with your purchase. If an item is faulty please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will find a solution for you. The item to be returned will need to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition it was received.
Items are shipped from New Zealand through New Zealand Post. Domestic shipping should take 1-3 working days, while International Air shipping has a 3-10 day delivery target, depending on customs. Once it has shipped it is no longer in my hands so shipping times may vary. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping to include a tracking number, insurance and faster arrival time please email me prior to ordering and I’ll work out an option for you.
If purchasing jewellery please note, all silver items are genuine sterling silver and may tarnish over time, I recommend a silver polishing cloth to keep your silver jewellery shiny and clean.
